Travelbox does not charge added commissions or service fees on purchases made via the “Direct” Booking Engine. Service fees or commissions are charged on a successful purchase if derived from an external distribution channel, example being a travel agency purchasing coverage from the Travelbox Service Portal. The Travelbox Channel Manager connects to distribution channels in real-time.

All of the core Travelbox features required to run your business are available with every plan, including, but not limited to, the Travelbox Servicing Portal, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and 24/7 customer support. Onboarding is the process of enabling your insurance product to be distributed on the Travelbox platform and setting you up for long-term success.
